Martin Conyon is currently a faculty member of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  He has a PhD in Economics from Warwick University in the UK.  Prior to joining Wharton he was a professor at Warwick Business School and taught at the Queen's College at the University of Oxford.   

His current research interests are in corporate performance and governance, executive labor markets, executive compensation, top management teams and boards of directors. His research spans economics, finance, accounting, human resource management, and organizational behavior. He is the author of more than fifty articles,  book chapters or reports relating to corporate governance.
